Professional Disclosure
Cargado Strategies connects visitors with independent partners. Each partner is solely responsible for their own services, licensing and compliance with the rules of their profession and province.
Cargado Strategies does not provide legal, mortgage, insurance, real estate, tax, manufacturing or financial advice through this website. A listing is not an endorsement or a recommendation. Partners are listed by distance only.
Some services on this website are offered by the founder through her own businesses. Those businesses are named as the founder's own and operate under their own licences. Licence details for those businesses are provided on request and before any application.
Cargado Strategies may receive a commission from a partner when a referral becomes a client. You never pay us for an introduction, and we disclose the commission on partner profiles, finder results and the inquiry form.
Cargado's finance and operations strategy service is separate from partner services. It is not licensed accounting, tax or investment advice.

Information We Collect
Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, city or area, and the message you send us.
Why We Collect It
To answer your inquiry and connect you with a suitable partner. We ask for your city so that we can find someone close to you.
Who Sees It
Cargado staff and the partner we connect you with. We do not sell your information.
Where It Is Kept
In our lead records. Facebook and WhatsApp apply their own terms to messages sent through them.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your information for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Then we delete it securely.
Your Rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Contact Lee Holgado at malee.holgado@mygreatway.ca, and we will respond within 30 days. We follow the privacy laws that apply in Canada and in your province.
Messages
We send you messages only with your consent, and each marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe.
Cookies and Analytics
We use no advertising cookies and no analytics tools. Your browser keeps a few small settings on your own device, such as your sound and motion choices, and we cannot see them.

Partners are independent. Cargado Strategies is not responsible for their advice, services or results.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website and not to submit false or misleading information.
Changes
We may change the website and these terms at any time. The latest version applies when you use the website.
Limit of Liability
To the extent the law allows, Cargado Strategies is not liable for losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply.

Partner Code of Conduct
Every partner agrees to these commitments when they apply.
Describe your licence, credentials and services honestly, and keep your licence current.
Put clients before transactions, and explain any fee or commission before work begins.
Protect client confidentiality and personal information.
Reply to inquiries within 1 business day.
Never promise results you cannot guarantee, and follow your regulator's advertising and referral rules.
Accept removal from the network if these commitments are broken.

Why Is It Free for Me?
Partners may pay us a fee if you become their client. You never pay us for an introduction.
Because Cargado Strategies may receive a commission, we say so on partner profiles, finder results and the inquiry form. Partners set their own fees and explain any fee or commission before work begins.
Do I Have to Hire Them?
No. You decide what happens next. An introduction does not create a professional relationship with Cargado Strategies or with the partner, and you are free to speak with anyone else.
How Are Partners Listed?
By distance only, closest first. A listing is not an endorsement or a recommendation. Where a licence applies, each partner shows it and who issued it, and any sponsored listing is clearly labelled.
Partners are independent businesses. Each one applies, is reviewed and approved by the Cargado team, and is responsible for their own services and licence.
What Happens to My Information?
We use your name, contact details, city or area and your message to answer you and connect you with a partner close to you. We ask for your city only to find someone near you. Cargado staff and the partner we connect you with see it, and we do not sell it.
You may ask to see, correct or delete it at any time. Read the privacy policy.
Does Cargado Give Advice?
Not through this website. Cargado Strategies does not provide legal, mortgage, insurance, real estate, tax, manufacturing or financial advice here. Advice comes from the partner you choose.
The founder's own businesses (insurance, business strategy and outsourcing) are named as hers. Her strategy service is strategy and coaching only — not licensed accounting, tax or investment advice.
How Do I Become a Partner?
Apply on the Become a Partner page with your business details, category, licence number and issuing body, and service area. The Cargado team reviews and approves each application, and every partner agrees to the code of conduct.
Membership buys a listing and network tools only. It does not promise referrals or outcomes.
